Beyond Syntax. What's behind the name?

Syntax is the arrangement of words and phrases to create sentences. Anyone can help you write down a story or memorialize a procedure. I work beyond the obvious task.

As an example, does the procedure make sense, can people easily follow it? Is there a smarter way to work? Does the format enhance or thwart readability?

If I'm working with you on your personal story, are we digging deep enough to make it interesting to others? Are we capturing it in your voice? What is the motivation, the why? That's what makes it better.
