Legacy Book
We can write and design a book to be passed along for generations to come. Worked with a client, his family, and friends to put together a heartfelt view of his ninety-year (and counting) journey. It was handed out recently at his 90th birthday to all who gathered to celebrate, with rave reviews.

Lean Program Development
My experience includes establishing a greenfield Lean program at a corporate headquarters, serving the Product Supply organization across multiple divisions. I created the foundation for the program which included a training plan, tailored training for an office environment, project opportunities, project mentoring, certification criteria, a project tracking tool and a SharePoint site providing visibility to participants and management. Led improvement projects, provided training, and mentored others through successful projects.
